VANS x NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC
In the summer of 2020, Vans and National Geographic collaborated on an epic collection.
With shoe themes ranging from the oceans on the Vans Authentic, to the Pine Island glacier on the Vans Slip-On or multiple National Geographic magazine covers on the Vans Era, this collection is also accompanied by several pieces of clothing.
This is a series of photo composites which put the shoes in several different places, from the arctic to the savannah, from the bottom of the oceans to the moon.
No verão de 2020, a Vans e a National Geographic colaboraram numa coleção épica.
Com temas no calçado que variam entre os oceanos nos Authentic, o glaciar Pine Island nos Slip-On ou múltiplas capas da revista National Geographic nos Era, a coleção é também acompanhada por várias peças de roupa.
Esta é uma série de fotomontagens surrealistas que colocam o calçado em diversos ambientes, desde o ártico até à savana, desde o fundo dos oceanos até à lua.
These images were mainly thought and created for social media but other uses may be applied.
Later in this project you'll be able to see a comparison between the beginning and the end result of each one of them.
I also had a bit of fun with this project and decided to mock up my own National Geographic magazine covers. You'll see it at the very end.
Estas imagens foram pensadas e criadas principalmente para as redes sociais mas podem ter outros usos.
